Horizon

Digital print, 90 × 270 cm

An algorithm draws dots on a grid, each offset by the amplified timing errors in the computer’s scheduler. Too small to perceive at normal scale; amplified, they accumulate into a landscape. A blueprint for a monument to the peak of the information era, and a way to see the noise that’s always present in a machine.
